Using well qualified local professionals great care can be made to take the best use of the plot’s position and space to accentuate the views, working effectively with the land gradient to create a property that suits the local terrain, using materials and architectural features that suit your design preferences as well as the natural surrounds and of course making best use of the space within the property itself.

All this allows you to really achieve the “wish list” of your dreams. So after reserving your plot initial designs can be drawn up taking in to account your budget, building timescale, which is usually around 18 months but varying on design and availability of any special materials you may require.

Once you have considered the initial designs, any alterations you may require can usually be accommodated as often as need be until you are fully satisfied. A firm quote can then be provided together with a final completion date.

A construction contract is prepared and a separate land contract; once signed and final building permissions are obtained, the build process can get under way. The payment structure will have also been agreed to meet the specific circumstances.
