These delightfully located building plots are situated on the western edge of Desert Springs, with direct access from the Las Cunas to Vera Road. They are in a relatively undeveloped region known as “El Levante Almeriense!; the far south-east corner of Spain. The planned second golf course of Desert Springs is very close at hand.
The semi- rural character of the area has existed for many years. Electricity and water are available and drainage will be to septic tank. The roads remain gravelled and without street lighting ; this being the choice of the past and present owners of neighbouring homes.
