Spain – 

Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol is still a very Spanish part of the country with a long established property market with properties suiting all tastes and needs.
Access is easy with Malaga airport an easy drive on the motorway.
The infrastructure and amenities are excellent and cater for every need whether you are a holiday maker or resident.
The beaches are gorgeous, the countryside spectacular and the climate is wonderful. Indeed, it is claimed to be the best in Europe.

Costa Blanca – south of Alicante

This is one of the best value parts of Spain and proves very popular with property buyers.
You will find a lovely selection of properties, at attractive prices, across all price ranges.
Access is easy with two local airports – Alicante and Murcia.
The excellent infrastructure and amenities cater for every need and the beaches are gorgeous while the countryside and amenities are appealing to all.
The region also boasts plenty of high quality golf courses.

Costa Blanca – north of Alicante

Access to this part of Spain is also very easy, with two main airports – Alicante and Valencia – serving it.
The region boasts great infrastructure and amenities and beautiful beaches.

Generally, low density development with an abundance of Villas to suit most tastes and budgets whether coastal or inland.

The countryside is spectacular and it has a wonderful climate.

Costa Almeria

This is an unspoiled part of Spain with some great value property suiting all tastes and needs.
There are three main airports to make access easy to this area – Almeria, Murcia and Alicante which are all easy to reach by motorway.
The climate is the warmest and driest in Spain and the region also can boast the great beaches and wonderful countryside.

Cyprus

Paphos and district and the lovely South-east corner (Famagusta district)

Cyprus is a glorious and largely unspoiled island boasting lovely properties at attractive prices.
Access is easy with two local airports – Larnaca International and Paphos – while existing infrastructure is excellent.
The beaches are some of the best in the Mediterranean and the countryside and climate are divine.
